There will be a retun acceptance policy on any print work that arrives damaged do to the fault of the delivery service themselves. To honor this policy, I must recieve written notice via email at msmilano@comcast.net within 24 hours of package arrival. Complaints arriving after that time will be given gallery credit only. All Originals are insurred for their value, if they arrive damaged notice must be given immediately... no exceptions.
